Let Uzbekistan build its own future independently

  Quite  some  time  has  passed  since  the  adoption of  the  much  spoken  about  Resolution  by  the Russian  Duma  and  the  signing  of  the  Treaty  of the  Four  (Russia,  Kazakhstan,  Kirghizia  and Belarus)  and  the  Treaty  of  the  Two  (Russia and  Belarus).
